Returns

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds/exchanges for any items that have been opened/used. In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item, you have 7 days from receiving your goods to notify us, if you would like to return or exchange. You then have 7 days from notifying us to return the faulty item. Sale items and items brought via gift card are non refundable.

Amending or cancelling an order

We are unable to make any changes after you checkout. This includes any address changes or wanting to cancel the order. You’ll need to place another order or return any unwanted items.
